He has extensive experience in all types of issues in these areas for more than fifteen years. Tomas Underskog primarily assists public subjects with environmental law permits and major property owners in terms of commercial tenancy. He also assists large and small industrial and construction companies, municipalities, county councils and state-owned companies, as well as the state and municipalities in contract law issues. Tomas Underskog has studied at both Uppsala University and the Minnesota Law School. In environmental law, Tomas Underskog primarily works with permit testing of industrial plants and infrastructure as well as water operations. He also works with responsibility for contaminated land, waste law issues, environmental damages, regulatory issues, environmental violations and with environmental legal issues in connection with corporate and real estate transactions. In real estate law, Tomas Underskog works primarily with rent, but also with property sales, exploitation, access to land, detailed planning issues and, land rights and other rights of use. Tomas Underskog is often hired as a lecturer, especially in the field of real estate and environmental law. He lectures regularly for, inter alia, Karnov VJS and for clients.
