The team now handles about 100 complex and politically sensitive EU proceedings annually. Schellenberg is also frequently engaged in high-profile legal disputes, often representing ministries, such as in the cases involving the COVID-Luca app and the payment card on behalf of the German federal states, the Federal Ministry of Defense, and the Federal Ministry of the Interior. The department, now expanded to ten members, has established a strong presence in the market.
