About Grzegorz Rogala Grzegorz Rogala is a civil-law notary, member of the Chamber of Notaries in Warsaw. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław, receiving the University Rector’s award for his master’s thesis in commercial law in the competition for the best master’s thesis. He was also Ph.D. candidate in commercial law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Jagiellonian University. After graduation, he completed a notarial apprenticeship, and then was appointed by the Minister of Justice to the position of a civil-law notary. For over 16 years he has been running the Kancelaria Notarialna Grzegorz Rogala Notary Office, which is located in one of the most prestigious office building in Central and Eastern Europe under the name Rondo 1 in Warsaw. As part of the public competence of the Latin Notary, it performs activities that require a special form of legal transactions and other activities performed at the request of the client. His notarial activity includes services for business entities, public institutions, large foreign corporations, law firms and individual clients.
