He is qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and his activities focus on advising, assisting and litigating for individual and families in matters related to cross border estate planning, taxes, succession as well as trusts. He also advises HNWIs and entrepreneurs on marriage contracts and shareholders' agreements. Besides, he assists international clients in matters of domiciliation in under the lump-sum taxation regime ("forfait fiscal") and advises them on all their crossborder issues (application for residence permit, real estate acquisition, art collection transfer, admission in Swiss boarding schools). With a Brazilian mother and a Swiss father, Erik Erismann actively advises Brazilian nationals when they settle in Switzerland.
