She learned the importance of a Will, a Trust, and a Power of Attorney first-hand when she was suddenly faced with the possibility of never returning home to her loved ones. Namrita Notani has a D.M.D. from Boston University and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a certificate in Healthcare Compliance from their nationally ranked Health Law Institute. During her academic years, Namrita won CALI awards for being the top in her class for Torts, Health Care Compliance Skills, and Health Care Governance and Ethics. Namrita has a special interest in Estate Planning and Business Law for Entrepreneurs and Small Business owners. She has had extensive training as a mediator and has successfully settled many Business and family disputes to avoid expensive litigation. In addition to being an attorney, she practiced dentistry and owned dental practices in the DFW complex for the last two decades. Namrita is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and Minnesota State Courts. She is also certified to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem in Texas.
