Matthew has worked in Qatar for eight years and is best known for his work in the project finance and international arbitration sectors. Matthew has worked on both the lender and sponsor side in some of Qatar’s biggest and most recent project financings, including the Facility D IWPP and the Al Kharsaa solar project.
