Ms. Andreea Simulescu is founding partner of Andreea N. Simulescu – Law Office. She has extensive knowledge and experience in complex dispute resolution, including commercial and investment arbitrations as well as construction disputes, particularly under FIDIC Contracts. She represented clients in many arbitration cases including cases under the laws of several jurisdictions including France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Romania before ICC, ICSID, PCA, CICA as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. She also sits as arbitrator in commercial and infrastructure disputes under ICC Paris and CICA Rules of Arbitration, being listed as arbitrator with several courts of arbitration such as the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania , the Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brasov, the Georgian Dispute Resolution Center. She is the President of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR within the ICC National Committee and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Andreea graduated the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Central and Eastern Europe (2015) and also completed “Resolving international business disputes” course organized by Hamline University School of Law – La Sapienza Universita degli Studi di Roma (2005). Andreea has been widely recognized, most recently being ranked as a Future Leader in Arbitration - Partner Chapter by Who’s Who Legal 2022 and 2023. She is fluent in English.
