Firm Profile The Export and License Business Unit (E&L) was created in 2016 (to start with just with Europe, some of Asia and the Middle East) and has grown between 17% and 70% EBIT organically since then and as such is proud of being the growth engine of the EMEA/APAC Division. Since 2016 starting with just herself Anita now sits on the E&L leadership team and heads up a Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) team of 8. The LCA team includes specialised international lawyers who get beer and beverages and understand how to use contracts to build long lasting and sustainable, winning relationships always seeking to improve commercial outcomes. As such the LCA team is seen as integral to the overall success of E&L. LCA say that their ‘superpower’ is that they are part of a team where they work with internal stakeholders from the inception of projects and later with the customer/partner businesses to improve everyones outcomes and assist with building everyones successes. As such the LCA team business partners the rest of E&L and everyone works together for great outcomes. When the going gets a little tougher the whole business unit (legal, commercial, supply chain, finance, compliance, HR, marketing etc) work together to find solutions and take the tough decisions.
