Antonio is a founding partner of the law firm that bears his name, advisor to ADEMI 2015/2017 and 2017/2019, president of the State Bar Examination Commission, member of the National Bar Examination Commission, Inspector of the Ethics and Discipline Court of OAB/RJ, member of the Real Estate Law Commission, vice president of FDJUR - National Forum of Legal Departments and member of the Full Body of the Court of Sports Justice of the Football Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He has been a Lawyer since 1990, Legal Director at Carvalho Hosken S/A Engenharia e Construções between 1997 and 2011, CEO of Sylvio Capanema de Souza Advogados Associados between 2011 and 2013. Antonio graduated in Law, with an MBA in business management from IBMEC/RJ. He is a guest Professor at FGV in MBA, postgraduate and in-company courses, in the subjects Litigation in Real Estate Development, Contract Management and Real Estate Law. He is an invited Professor at IBMEC in MBA and postgraduate courses in Decision Strategy. Antonio is also a Professor at the Magistratura School of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in the field of Real Estate Development. He acts in strategic litigation and in the structuring of real estate deals. Antonio is a member of the multi-institutional legal security group for the real estate market, created by the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Association of Directors of Companies in the real estate market ADEMI RIO and the Brazilian Bar Association.
