Andreas Bauman is one of Austria’s leading experts in tax planning and transaction taxes. His professional focus is on advising medium-sized companies and private equity companies on M&A tax matters – particularly in the areas of national and international transactions, corporate finance and restructuring. He is a full member of the Tax Adviser Examination Board of the Chamber of Austrian Public Accountants and a longstanding university lecturer on the topics of
M&A and Due Diligence at the Universities of Graz and Linz. Baumann is also co-editor of the manuals “Group Tax Planning” and “Tax Due Diligence” published by LexisNexis, editor of the “Restructuring” desk of Austrian Tax Express magazine (Österreichischer Steuerexpress) (publisher: Manz) and a regular lecturer on M&A, corporate tax law and international tax law.
