Camille DOMANGE is a French qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar and CEO of the law firm CDO. He is registered as a Data Protection Officer and agent for artists and authors.
As an experienced professional in the media, culture and digital fields, he assists his clients in legal and commercial matters as well as in public and regulatory affairs. He has developed a recognized expertise in these fields, particularly in contractual negotiations and the legal securing of complex multi-actor operations. Thanks to his transversal expertise and his perfect knowledge of the corporate sector as well as the French and European public sector, he provides high value-added operational and strategic legal advice.
Camille DOMANGE was until 2019 Group General Counsel & Public Affairs Director of the media group EndemolShine France, which he had joined in 2014 as Legal Director of the Endemol France Group. He was previously Head of the Digital Policies Department at the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, which he joined in 2009 after working in international law firms. In the context of his ministerial positions, he has held various European mandates (Council of Europe and European Commission) on issues related to the development of the digital economy and copyright.
In parallel to his activities as a lawyer, he lectures in his fields of specialization at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and the School of Management of Cultural Industries. He also runs training courses in French and English for entertainment professionals (The Media Faculty, Serie Mania Institute, etc.).
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the French Computer Law Association called “AFDIT” (Association Française du Droit de l’Informatique et des Télécommunications).
