My name is Joel Barry, I am a Partner and Head of London office for specialist IP firm Brandsmiths. I am most recognised for my trade mark work, notably in the entertainment and technology sectors. During the course of my 30-year career, I contributed to the formation of one of Europe’s largest IP teams.

I joined Brandsmiths not only because it is an intellectual property litigation powerhouse, but also because of its ethos, philosophy and culture. It is supportive and collaborative on a level I have never encountered before.
