In his prior role as managing partner of the Phoenix office of one of the largest law firms in the United States, Leon chaired the firm's nationwide Retail & Hospitality and Governmental & Administrative Law Practice Groups.
Leon excels at providing counsel to his clients on all aspects of their business operations with a special expertise in conflict resolution and avoidance, protecting clients from government overreach or over-regulation, and developing litigation and trial strategies designed to achieve the efficient resolution of any dispute. He specializes in complex commercial and bet-the-company litigation and has managed litigation all over the country, as well as in Canada, Mexico and Europe. He also serves as Compliance Lawyer for Arizona ABS entities, and as an expert witness on lawyer's professional responsibilities.
Leon has received international press coverage for a number of high-profile cases including cases against Maricopa County's notorious former sheriff and on behalf of several celebrity clients, including recording artist, Diana Ross, Woodstock co-Founder Arte Kornfeld and Olympic Champion Olga Korbut.
