Professor Letícia Baddauy is graduated in Law and in Business Administration by the most pretigious institutions of Brazil (São Paulo State University Law School and Getúlio Vargas Foundation Business College). She has a MBA in Agribusiness (São Paulo State University), a master in Civil Procedure (Londrina State University) and a certification in Negotiation and Leadership by Harvard Law School. She is a PhD candidate in Sociology at Londrina State University.
Practicing corporate and agribusiness law for more than two decades, she is the founding partner of L. Baddauy Advocacia. During her career as a lawyer, she has had experience with prived and public setors. Her practice as a lawyer involves both litigation and arbitration.
After two decades of experience in the legal market, Letícia Baddauy established her own firm, in 2019, focusing on the corporate activity, the agribusiness scenario and in arbitration as an efficient method of solving disputes.
Professor Letícia Baddauy has a relevant practice in arbitration. She is a member of notorious institutions around the globe, as the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Arbitral Women and Women Way in Arbitration LatAm.
She is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (London-UK), the Malasyan Institute of Arbitrators and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand, and her name is in the arbitrators’ list of highly respected institutions. She coordinates the Agribusiness Committe of the Brazilian branch of CIArb.
Letícia is the Director of Arbitration at the Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation in Agribusiness (CAMAGRO) and member of the board at the Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation of the Industries Federation of Paraná (Brazil).
