Li-Pu Lee is currently the managing partner of Formosan Brothers as well as a registered arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. In addition to practising law in Taiwan, he obtains both his LL.M. and J.D. degrees from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (USA), and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He has profound legal knowledge and experience practising in the fields of international transaction, negotiations, transnational mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contract drafting, and transnational litigation and dispute resolution.
