The Law Office of Namrita S. Notani. PLLC - Estate
After nearly two decades of working as a healthcare professional and running multiple dental practices, Namrita was faced with the difficult decision of giving up that profession and her way of life because of an unavoidable surgery. She learned the importance of a Will, a Trust, and a Power of Attorney first-hand when she was suddenly faced with the possibility of never returning home to
her loved ones.
As a mother, Namrita understands the need of a parent to protect their children from emotional uncertainties and financial insecurity. As a daughter who sees her parents face the challenges of getting older, She is sensitive to the needs of seniors in our society, which is the reason she chose to include Elder Law and Guardianship in her practice.
As an entrepreneur and a business owner for over twenty years (and still going), Namrita can appreciate how small legal issues, if ignored, can snowball into calamities that can threaten to destroy all you have built with your hard work.
Namrita Notani has a D.M.D. from Boston University and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a certificate in Healthcare Compliance from their nationally ranked Health Law Institute. During her academic years, Namrita won CALI awards for being the top in her class for Torts, Health Care Compliance Skills, and Health Care Governance and Ethics. Namrita has a special interest in Estate Planning and Business Law for Entrepreneurs and Small Business owners. She has had extensive training as a mediator and has successfully settled many Business and family disputes to avoid expensive litigation. In addition to being an attorney, she practiced dentistry and owned dental practices in the DFW complex for the last two decades.
