Julia Gschwend
Julia Gschwend is Partner and a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law. She has many years of experience not only in employment
law but also in tenancy law and specializes mostly in litigation. She has been practicing law for
more than 10 years and is proficient in enforcing her clients' concerns, finding pragmatic and creative solutions through her negotiating skills that prevent escalating conflicts. She provides legal service for several listed companies in Switzerland and abroad as well as for several SMEs and also acts as arbitrator. Besides actively practicing law, she co-writes preeminent commentaries in employment and civil procedure law and is a lecturer for law at the KV Business School Zurich.

Julia completed the law studies at the University of Lucerne and Geneva, Switzerland, was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2009 and holds a LL.M. of the University of Chicago. She advises clients in German, English and French.

Olivier Vuillaume
Olivier Vuillaume is a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law as well as a Certified Specialist SBA in Construction and Real estate law. He has been practicing law for more than 15 years, with a particular focus on litigation and the enforcement and defence of disputed claims in court. This extensive experience in contentious matters also serves him well in drafting contracts and providing legal advice to avoid and prevent conflicts. In the area of employment law, his main focus is on drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of employment, particularly for senior management, providing advice in connection with the termination of employment relationships and enforcing and defending against disputed claims in court.

Olivier completed his law studies at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2006. He advises clients in German, English, Spanish and French.

Beatrice Benz
Beatrice Benz is an experienced lawyer in criminal law with specialization in white-collar crime. She worked for several years as a prosecutor in the Canton of Zurich before she started her own practice as an attorney. Labour law disputes often also lead to criminal law issues and proceedings. With more than 10 years of practical experience in the field of criminal law, Beatrice successfully represents accused persons and victims (individuals as well as companies) in small to large and complex criminal proceedings.

Beatrice completed her law studies at the University of Zurich in 2011 and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2018. She advises clients in German, English and Spanish.

Roberto Hayer
Roberto Hayer is an experienced lawyer in corporate and labour law matters. He advises regularly in the area of bonus compensation and stock option programs in relation to start-ups and established businesses, management buy-out and buy-in transactions, shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, private equity transactions, senior management employment agreements, relocation matters, expense regulations, rules of organization and corporate governance, and negotiation and termination of employment agreements. He also represents clients before courts.

Roberto completed his law studies at the University of Basle in 1989 and was admitted to the bar in 1993. He completed a Master in European law program at Universidad Complutense in Madrid in 2004 and subsequently worked in international law firms in Madrid and Zurich, inter alia holding partner and management positions at Andersen Legal and EY. Roberto advises clients in German, Spanish, English, French, Italian and Catalan.
