My name is Shahin Fallah, a 44 old U.S. attorney licensed in the State of New York and Iran. I have been practicing law since 2000 and have represented many transactional and litigation cases. I earned my first law degree from Iran and then obtained two L.L.M degrees; one in International Business Law and Intellectual Property from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and another in International and Comparative Law, followed by SJD in Foreign Direct Investment Law (doctorate of law) from the George Washington University School of Law.
My office has branches in Canada and Oman which work on international cases. Currently, my firm provides trade compliance services and transactions under ITAR, EAR and OfAC. In addition, my firm provides relevant investment services representing potential foreign investors. The firm also represents business arbitration cases and have enforced international arbitration awards under the New York convention. I have also sat as ad-hoc arbitrator in a couple of international business cases. The firm used to take and represent Immigration cases as well, which is currently carried out by a fully owned subsidiary firm.
