Tracy Wong heads the Mercantile & Maritime Group’s legal department and is a key member of the projects and energy team. She advises the Group on a broad range of matters concerning commercial, corporate, M&A, energy and oil and gas law, with particular experience in drafting and executing drilling contracts, spot agreements, integrated service agreements, joint operating agreements, license applications, distribution agreements, cross agreements, pipeline and transportation agreements, production-sharing contracts and asset and corporate acquisition.

Tracy continues to build her expertise in alternative dispute resolution, with significant experience in mediation and non-judicial conflict resolution. She holds a BS in Political Science and Business Administration and received her Juris Doctor in 2011. She is also a member of the Florida, California and New York State Bar Associations and a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
