She is an arbitrator, mediator, negotiator, dispute resolution expert and justice innovator. She is accredited by international dispute resolution bodies and practice in 4 different languages worldwide. Pascale also focuses her work on anti-fraud and Anti-Corruption, policy design and implementation, as well as stakeholder consultation and engagement. She is the President of the Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) and a strategic advisor in various Ministries. Pascale is member of the International Bar Association and holds degrees and certificates from George Washington University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Georgetown University and Notre Dame University among others.
