About Gianluca Gianluca obtained his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Parma in Italy, followed by his Master of Science from the Swiss Business School and his MBA in International Finance Management. Besides being an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Gianluca is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is specialized in solving complex contractual matters on international infrastructure construction projects. Since its creation in 2020, Gianluca is the owner and Managing Director of Power Contract Management Inc. (PCMI). Gianluca has been gaining significant experience within the civil and industrial construction sectors, mainly supporting multinational companies and operating on overseas projects, for the execution of simple and combined cycle power plants, water distribution systems, water treatment plants, switchyard and power transmission lines, roads, railways and airports. He has been operating in over twenty different countries and jurisdictions spread all over the world, covering responsibilities such as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Contracts Manager for complex power generation and infrastructure construction projects.
