Dr Arndt completed his academic training and further education at the universities of Kiel, Erlangen, Münster, and Mannheim. He has been a partner in the law firm RPM – Rechtsanwälte und Notare – for more than 30 years, which has offices in Kiel, Preetz and Gettorf. He works as a lawyer and notary. He additionally qualified as a specialist lawyer for tax law, commercial and corporate law, as well as administrative law. In terms of tax law and company law, he is also a specialist advisor for corporate succession and a member of the Centre for Corporate Succession at the University of Mannheim. Within this context, he also acts as a certified executor of wills, especially for complex inheritance law and inheritance tax law-related cases with regard to company shareholdings. Dr Arndt is the contact person and cooperation partner of a large number of tax consulting firms, all of whom appreciate his expertise in business law and tax law, in particular in disputes before the fiscal courts or in succession issues. They provide their clients with this advice or, in cooperation with Dr Arndt, look for sensible solutions in the mandates, which are often related to business succession or inheritance cases within the context of tax and company law. In this respect, Dr Arndt’s expertise is also in demand when it comes to notarial matters, as well as criminal tax law matters that are to be handled by lawyers.
