She has many years of experience not only in employment law but also in tenancy law and specializes mostly in litigation. She has been practicing law for more than 10 years and is proficient in enforcing her clients’ concerns, finding pragmatic and creative solutions through her negotiating skills that prevent escalating conflicts. She provides legal service for several listed companies in Switzerland and abroad as well as for several SMEs and also acts as arbitrator. Besides actively practicing law, she co-writes preeminent commentaries in employment and civil procedure law and is a lecturer for law at the KV Business School Zurich. Julia completed the law studies at the University of Lucerne and Geneva, Switzerland, was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2009 and holds a LL.M. of the University of Chicago.
