Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2022 Roberto Hayer Roberto Hayer is an experienced lawyer in corporate and labour law matters. He advises regularly in the area of bonus compensation and stock option programs in relation to start-ups and established businesses, management buy-out and buy-in transactions, shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, private equity transactions, senior management employment agreements, relocation matters, expense regulations, rules of organization and corporate governance, and negotiation and termination of employment agreements. He also represents clients before courts. Roberto completed his law studies at the University of Basle in 1989 and was admitted to the bar in 1993. In the area of employment law, his main focus is on drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of employment, particularly for senior management, providing advice in connection with the termination of employment relationships and enforcing and defending against disputed claims in court. Olivier completed his law studies at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2006. He advises clients in German, English, Spanish and French. Beatrice Benz Beatrice Benz is an experienced lawyer in criminal law with specialization in white-collar crime. She worked for several years as a prosecutor in the Canton of Zurich before she started her own practice as an attorney. Labour law disputes often also lead to criminal law issues and proceedings. With more than 10 years of practical experience in the field of criminal law, Beatrice successfully represents accused persons and victims (individuals as well as companies) in small to large and complex criminal proceedings.
