Alison is Head of Private Clients. She brings over 30 years of International experience to the private client and corporate clients she works with, having sat on an array of Boards providing technical skills for managing complex structures and transactions involving governance, legal, & finance issues.
Working with families and taking the time to understand their needs and goals makes Alison's work extremely varied and interesting. Reviewing existing structures, or putting in place a bespoke structure are the cornerstone of Private client solutions and provides a foundation from which entrepreneurs, families and high net worth individuals can build upon.
With an international track record of experience across the UK, the US, Europe and Asia, Alison is well regarded by both clients and peers within the Private Wealth industry. She has proven leadership skills and strong corporate governance ethic.
