Mandy started with McCormick Barstow as a legal secretary in 2008. She subsequently obtained her license to practice law in Nevada in 2022 and has since been part of the firm's Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith and Tort Litigation Practice Groups. Mandy has co-authored appellate briefs pending in two separate matters before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Mandy is coverage counsel for numerous insurers for both litigation and non-litigation services and practices in the State of Nevada, at the state, federal, and appellate court levels. Most importantly, she embraces the challenge of litigating in a state where the body of insurance law is still emerging.
