Ueli Sommer is the founder of Littler Switzerland AG. He has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of employment law. Ueli focuses on compensation matters, including equity-based incentives. He also advises international companies on their employment setup (including immigration) in Switzerland. In addition, Ueli has substantial experience in labour litigation, investigations, restructurings and negotiations with labour unions.
Ueli Sommer has been recommended by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal for many years. In addition, he was awarded the Employment Lawyer of the year award by Legalcommunity.ch in both 2023 and 2024.
