Ueli Sommer is the founder of Littler Switzerland AG. He has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of employment law. Ueli focuses on compensation matters, including equity based incentives. He also advises international companies on their employment setup (including immigration) in Switzerland. In addition, Ueli has substantial experience in labour litigation, investigations, restructurings and negotiations with labour unions.
